At Krishna Watch Co., we uphold the highest standards of horological excellence. To maintain the integrity of our inventory and ensure every client receives a pristine timepiece, we have established a precise and secure returns protocol.

1. 7-Day Inspection & Initiation Window

We provide a strict 7-calendar day window from the confirmed date of delivery to initiate a return. This period is dedicated to the immediate identification of shipping damage or mechanical defects.

  • Finality: Any request received after the 7th day will be automatically declined without exception.

2. Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

Returns are exclusively accepted for verifiable shipping damage, mechanical malfunction, or incorrect item delivery. For a return to be accepted, the timepiece must meet the following “As-New” requirements:

  • Pristine Condition: The watch must be completely unworn and unaltered. Any signs of wear, hairline scratches, or bracelet sizing (removal of links) will result in an immediate rejection.
  • Factory Seals: All original protective plastics, stickers, hang-tags, and Krishna Watch Co. security seals must remain fully intact. Removal of any film or tag voids the return.
  • Full Set Integrity: You must return the complete set, including the outer sleeve, inner presentation box, manuals, warranty cards, and any included accessories.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video (Strict Requirement)

To protect both the client and the brand against transit disputes, we enforce a No Video, No Return policy:

  • The Requirement: You must provide a single, continuous, uncut high-resolution video starting from the unopened shipping box (showing the label) through to the discovery of the defect.
  • Consequence: Failure to provide this mandatory unboxing video will result in the automatic forfeiture of the claim.

4. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Modified Pieces: Any watch that has been engraved or custom-modified.
  • Sized Watches: Any watch where the bracelet has been adjusted or the leather strap has been buckled/creased.
  • Promotional Sales: Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

5. Return Logistics & Refunds

Processing: Once our watchmakers approve the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Authorization: You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the sender.

Shipping & Insurance: The client is responsible for return shipping costs. For your protection, returns must be sent via a trackable, insured courier for the full invoice value.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking and inspection fee may be deducted from the refund to cover the technical labor of re-authenticating the movement and components.
